Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand life happens; I also have family, and I am not paid when a spot goes unused—plus someone else may really need it. Please respect these boundaries. SMS/email reminders are a courtesy; keeping/confirming your booking is your responsibility.
If you need to change plans, please follow these rules:
The Rule (Simple)
Cancel or reschedule ≥ 24 hours before your appointment, or
Send text message at least 6 hours prior so I have a chance to refill the spot.
Otherwise, it’s a no-show.
Fees
No-show or <6 hours’ notice: Charged 100% of the booked service (or forfeit deposit/session).
Packages/gift vouchers/promos: A missed/late appointment is deducted as a session or charged as above.

Late Arrivals
10+ minutes late may shorten your treatment to avoid delaying others. Full fee applies.
