Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens. However, missed appointments affect our clinic, our practitioner’s time, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. SMS and email reminders are provided as a courtesy, but it remains your responsibility to manage and confirm your booking.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please:
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, so we have the opportunity to offer the time to another client.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended appointments, will be treated as a no-show.
Fees
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid session.
For packages, gift vouchers, or promotional bookings, the missed appointment will be deducted as one session or charged according to this policy.
